USDAA Letter
By Andy Hartman

We start off the New Year working on a number of projects. An updated rulebook for 2017 will be released in the 2nd quarter. In addition, work continues on the new USDAA website which we look forward to launching in the 2nd quarter.

Mark your calendars for this year’s three Title Mania® events.

  • West - April 20-23, California
  • East - May 25-28, Rhode Island
  • Central - July 6-8, Tennessee

These three and one-half day events recognize the diverse set of skills and strategies that are honed in USDAA’s titling program.

Title Mania® is open to all competitors, requiring only a USDAA or World Cynosport Rally registration. (Bring your friends who haven’t tried USDAA to prove their mettle.) The events are being offered in four levels—Starters, Advanced, Masters, and Masters Challenge for both Championship, Performance and Veterans divisions, with special awards for best cumulative scores through three rounds in each class type—Gamblers, Jumpers, Snooker, and Standard, as well as event versatility awards. Take the challenge and see how far you can advance. Click here for the Title Mania Event Regulations document and click here for the Title Mania website and other special rules.

USDAA is conducting two judging clinics—one in Georgia, May 18-21, and one in California, June 15-18. Whether you want to be a judge, or simply want to "up your game", go to the event calendar, search for seminars, and sign up for one of these two clinics in 2017.

The 2017 IFCS World Team held their first practice on January 21-22, at A Click Above near Leesburg, Virginia. We want to thank Elsie Maylott and Diann Gastley for generously donating their beautiful facility for the team practice!!!

Our wish to everyone is for good health and happiness in 2017! Good luck and have fun with your dogs!
