  Consult our Forms & Documents Library for event entry forms, printable dog registration forms and a variety of other forms and documents.
  


• Group Locator
  Search our Group Directory to find a Dog Agility Group in your area. You can review their profile or access their contact information. If you would like to see your group listed in our directory, contact the USDAA office.
  


• Dog Registration
  Register a dog or a junior handler/dog team and receive your registration number online. You no longer need to submit a registration form weeks in advance or along with your event entry forms.
  


• Purchase Data Services
  Purchase access to USDAA Web Data Services, where you can review detailed event results, track your performance results in your quest for titles or in tournament competition.
