ATTENTION USDAA AFFILIATED GROUPS!

You can now post a profile on your group training activities and other general information on our web site. A standardized form is being utilized to maintain uniformity of presentation. The form is in the "Administrative Forms" section of the Group Services Administrative Forms & Policies Library and is an Adobe Acrobat fillable form. Simply download, fill-out and return via email to info@usdaa.com. All forms will be reviewed for clarity. Click here to review a sample form.
